I always knew Eddie Murphy could sing, but, d*mn, I can't believe how he nailed MJ's voice. Incredible.
That was funny but his outfit reminded me of your video of Sammy Davis Jr. for some reason.
I didn't watch any of the funeral so that video was just perfect for me.
Eddie Murphy was so good at stand-up. I'm glad he didn't self-destruct like Richard Pryor.
As a white boy, I like Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, and numerous other black entertainers that sang tribute at his funeral...Hell, I even have "Thriller" on a cassette somewhere! I just guess I was bothered by the commercialism, and racist tone set by the fact that few white people were asked to sing, speak, or participate- unless they had bought a ticket... Opinions and Rectums strikes again!

This was a classic Eddie Murphy show! My husband and I still quote lines from it, 20 years later. When we heard of his death, we both said, at nearly the exact same moment, "Tito, get me some tissue." LOL. Thanks for posting it.
