Here's a really funny video that I found on Youtube. It's about the history of Chester County. I have no idea who made it but it looks like something I'd make with a bunch of buddies.

I think that was put out by the Republican Party in Chester County. It just proves that they're not as BIG as they think they are. Actually it has the smell of Bam and his crew.

well that is the opposite of the truth, this video was indeed made by bam margera but the genius behind it (and the narrator) is his friend brandon dicamillo. it's on one of bam margera's "CKY" videos from 2000-ish.
and no the chester county they are referring to is in pennsylvania of the US.
