Damone From Fast Times At Ridgemont High - Classy Tips.

So everyone chimed in about The Outsiders on my last post. Now you want to talk about a real movie from back in the day, check out (again) - Fast Times at Ridgmont High.

In this clip, Damone gives his five point plan on how to treat women.

1) Never let on how much you like a girl.
2) Always call the shots.
3) Act like wherever you are, it's the place to be.

    Damone? Was that the dude's name? I cringed every time he has a scene. He was on Will & Grace years later, playing a stoner. I still cringed. Then again, I'm an opinionated be-otch! : )

    I was only 13 when it came out and my parents wouldn't let me see it. (My parents were young; I got away with NOTHING.) By the time I was on my own (17) I didn't care anymore.

    Grad of your fine institution, by the way, long ago and a galaxy away. I was watching news coverage of Wyeth's death and seeing those pastoral scenes from Chadd's Ford and I really missed the area.

    It always bothered me that when Damone said to put on side 1 of Led Zeppelin IV, but ostensibly to illustrate that point, the song Rat had on in his car was "Kashmir," which is on Physical Graffiti.

    Personally, I would rather make out to Physical Graffiti because it's my favorite Led Zeppelin album. But that's not the point.
