As I mentioned Monday, I wasn't feeling good. Well, I was in bed the entire week. I've been sitting on my couch for a half hour - the longest I've been out of bed all week.
Did anyone think I had died?
I really need to write a final post just in case something would ever happen to me.
Anyways. Here's Rita Moreno and Animal doing Fever:
Sorry about the flu. Glad your feeling better. Great video. Aren't you a doctor? How long is he grounded for?
ReplyDeleteI had started to wonder if we needed to call 911 for you.
ReplyDeleteWe had a shrine to you waiting in the wings just in case. Glad you're feeling better. xo
ReplyDeleteSorry you was sick, but glad that you is feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI loves Animal and Fever. Rita Moreno ain't bad, neither.
I've recently been thinking that I should appoint a family member to update my Facebook page should something unexpected happen to me. If something expected happens to me, I can update it myself.
Drs make the worst patients you know.
ReplyDeleteAnd my word verification word is "andawflu"
Just be grateful you haven't got that bugger.
I had noticed your absence and also noticed that KimDC has been gone. Was wondering if you both got the flu.
ReplyDeleteI was gonna send you both get well cards but thought it would be more fun to start a rumor that the two of you had run off to Argentina together.
Seriously though, glad you're feeling better.
So doctors get sick, hmm? Go figure.
ReplyDeleteGreat video!!
Chris - not sure if KimDec is sick. I haven't been on Twitter all week long either.
ReplyDeleteAs for Argentina, if she's offering to cook their steaks, I'm going.
Glad to hear that you have neither died nor been abducted by aliens...wishing you a speedy complete recovery. If it was the swine flu you will be shedding virus for about 7 to 10 DAYS after the fever goes away. (sorry but I can never quite stop being a nurse)
ReplyDeleteWR - that's what I'm finding. I'm out of bed today but after walking around a bit I'm not feeling too good.
ReplyDeleteWell shit, now you go and show up alive when I was just putting the finishing touches on the eulogy!
ReplyDeleteYou probably would be feeling better of those two old Muppet guys weren't at your bedside heckling you. Tell them to go away!
ReplyDeleteSkylersDad - Eulogy? Lets hear it.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're recovering !
ReplyDeleteYou ? Dead ?
hell no, weed doesn't die !
I'm thinking Sesame Street when I see those two.
ReplyDeleteSecretia
To be honest, I was a little worried you had died. I am glad you did not. Writing a final post in advance is a great idea. Maybe there is a software program that a loved one could activate, which would update all social networking/blog sites. ie. "so and so bit the dust but wanted to share this final nugget of truth with you..."
ReplyDeleteAnd now I see that Frank Irwin already said my idea, days ago. This is a good sign that someone is already busily developing this death notification software.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you're out and about. While Skylar's Dad was writing the eulogy, I was preparing a ceremonial Tibetian Yak Passing Party at a local firehouse. Guess those plans are off...
