Come On Little Debbies. Devil Cremes? Downingtown Wegmans.

When I was at Wegmans yesterday I was crossing from the produce area to the cheese area. There are a few shelves that hold some cookware.

And do you know what else they have on those shelves? Little Debbies. My arch enemy of snack cakes. Why? Because they taste terrible. Even Wegmans is ashamed of Little Debbies as is proof of their shelf location. Next week I bet they'll hide them in the basement behind a bunch of mops.

My mom would get them once in a while when I was in school and would slip one in my lunch. As if. Oh is this a TastyKake? I don't know. Let me just eat it. I won't know the difference.

And Little Debbies has a new product called Devil Cremes. Total rip off of Devil Dogs and they put the "R" (registered trademark) really huge after the name as if to say, "Nobody better steal this name because our Devil Cremes are the property of Little Debbies".

Cream or Creme Pucks From Entenmann's. Where Are Ye'? Tasty Snack.

THE PICTURE ABOVE ARE NOT CREAM PUCKS. THEY ARE THE INFERIOR TUBES. ("CHOCOLATE COMMOTION? ARE YOU KIDDING?)

Yesterday I went into Wawa and saw these little guys called "Cream Pucks" or "Creme Pucks". They're Ring Ding looking chocolate cake rascals that were pretty darn delicious.

They even smelled like the Ring Dings from days of old. And they were pretty tasty except the creme needs a bit of work.

The problem is, when you search the internets for Cream Pucks or Creme Pucks there's no picture! There's not even a mention of them on the Entenmann's website. What up with that? Maybe the Cream Puck is in the test phase so that's why it's not mentioned.

Could you imagine if we bought up all the inventory and then the product didn't make it past the test phase? We could sell the Cream Pucks for like $100 each to people that have gotten hooked on them! We're gonna be rich!

So what I need you to do is drop what you're doing and drive to your local Wawa or convenience store and see if they carry Cream Pucks.

Frito Bandito, Corn Chips, The 70's, Commercials and Corn Chips

Remember the Frito Bandito commercial? Don't lie fatty. You know the one for Frito's corn chips? Below you'll find the commercial from the 70's.

What made me think about this was the Frito Bandito eraser that that they used to give away with the Frito's corn chips. It just popped into my head the other day. I used to love that thing. It sucked for erasing but for having a Mexican on the end of your pencil it was #1.

And for the record, the BBQ Frito's are much better than the original flavor.

Olives, Almonds and Cheese Is A Tasty Snack

Here's a random tasty snack I found on my computer. Salted almonds, cheese and feta and garlic stuffed olives*. Note the toothpick that's stabbed into the cheese. I like to use it to keep the oil off off my precious hands while eating but some of you fatties may want to use this idea to keep less going into your pie hole. Just a friendly tip. Tubby.

*I get my olives locally at the Downingtown Wegmans fresh bar. Can anyone recommend bottled olives? Are they as fresh? Also, this is boring sharp cheddar. Does anyone have any cheese recommendations?

Tasty Ring Dings I Believe Are A Bit Different Now

Is it just me or has Drake's changed the recipe of their delicious, creme filled chocolate treats the Ring Ding? I'll admit that I haven't had one in a few years but something's not right.

I'm also not too crazy that they don't come individually wrapped in tin foil anymore. Do you know how much longer it's going to take me now to reach my goal of making the largest tin foil ball on earth? Hey it's not my fault.

So are there any other foods that have been changed that I should know about? Let me know. I can take it.
