Who Wants To Sleep With Me Into The Mystic? Van Morrison.

It's 10:35 Eastern time as I write this and I'm going to bed. And I'm going to put on some Van Morrison to listen to on my Ipod. I'll start with Van Morrison's "Into the Mystic".

I love that song.

Here's an idea. When you go to bed, hug a pillow and hum that song and pretend the pillow is me. It's OK. That's not cheating. Don't get all crazy though and draw a picture of me on the pillow with a Sharpie because that is cheating.

I'm sorry that I have to leave you but I have a huge day tomorrow which includes a big party at night. So I need to hit the hay. So here's a cover version of "Into the Mystic".

Enjoy.

And not to ruin the vibe but I bet Gypsy chicks are easy.

And one more thing, there wasn't a Van Morrison version on Youtube and I didn't listen to this version all the way through which I NEVER do before posting BUT I'm listening to this cover now and it's good but I have to admit that I don't LOVE it.

And I need to tell you this because this is usually one of those soul touching songs for me and it just didn't do that for me.

Dude, I am totally exhausted. I've been working on this "Skywind Tribute" thing for the past two hours, and it's totally not worthy of his genius. I couldn't find the best quotes, and no photo. Ugh! I hate my d*mn freezing-up computer. You should definately think twice before partnering up with me again, because even when I work really hard on something, it SUCKS! (hope I'm not ruining your Van Morrison vibe, it's only a cover anyway)

Hug a pillow and pretend it is you?

No thanks. I'm afraid you're quite far down the list of "people I would like to pretend my pillow is". Very far down in fact...

this obviously only applies to girls, right? right?

One of the sexiest songs out there...voice and vibes combined.

When I was young I had a Bill Cosby pillow (looked like him and shaped like a man...sort of)...did all sorts of cuddlying with the Bill...ah the memories.

Lucky for me, I have an alarm clock with a cassette player built in, so I don't have to listen to your whosiwhatsit cover version. I will put on the real thing and oh christ, is it really almost 2???

The chick is cute and all, but the voice isn't doing it for me.

Diane - keep up the good work.

And I agree with the rest of you. I shouldn't have put this song up.

Yes, many Gypsy girls are easy - comes from being abused very young by older brothers and uncles and such. Gypsy men have a very low opinion of women.

Great song - I rather liked this version - it's not Van but it's alright.

Gypsy chicks might be easy, but they'll slap a fucking curse on you so fast it'll make your head spin. In some cases, literally.

Can I ask you a favour? If you are inclined, would you be so kind as
to pop over to http://style.la-mimi.com/weekly-fashion-idol/vote-for-your-favorite-fashion-idol/
I just would love if you would vote for your favourite. Better if you vote for me. :)
Thank you

The question really is, who DOESN'T want to sleep with you?

I know I'm behind and I apologize sir!

Please don't ever put a "cover" of Van Morrison up ever again! He has the most beautiful sexy crazy cool voice ever. Noone should even be allowed to cover him!

Peggy - I hear you. That was a mistake.
