The Simpsons, New Opening, Lard Lad and Monobrow Baby.
Behold the new opening to The Simpsons! Has anyone seen this yet online? I think it premieres next week. My favorite parts are just the fact that they show the Lard Lad donut boy and when Maggie confronts the baby with the monobrow.
So what do you think? And what do you think of people with monobrows?

Come to think of it, this has something to do with the premiere of the Simpsons in HD so it's the extended version but ...you know what I mean.
How odd- I literally just watched this online about two minutes before coming here.
Freaky...
Whiskeymarie - I got the idea because I'm standing outside your window right now looking in.
(knocking on window) Hi. Hi!
I worked at a police department where our assistant chief had one. Everyone called him "Unibrow" behind his back.
lolol
I guess it is okay, but why change the original? I liked it just the way it was.
They all looked pretty good after re-entry. I think NASA has been lying to us!
Forget the intro, they need to get back to the kind of writing that made them funny in the first place. Or, do what they did with Futurama, focus on a really good movie once every year or two, instead of churning out a weekly show that's only a shadow of its former self.
CooOOooOOool!!!!
How about the guy in the bee suit outside his house? And the gangsters burying someone? You have to pause to see that stuff.
I'm normally very protective and anti-change about things I cherish, of which The Simpsons is most notably one. But this isn't as offensive as I would normally expect. I like the addition of Baby Gerald, the octuplets, Krusty's billboard, and Tomacco juice and Mr. Sparkle in the grocery store.
The crow bugs me though, and it also bugs me that Jimbo and Kearney are sawing off Jebediah's head when Bart really did it.
And yes, I need a life.
I like the Mr. Sparkle addition.
I think it would have been funnier had Otto blazed up the plutonium rather than ate it. I'm guessing the sensors had a say in that.
The crow bothers me. The clouds and words "The Simpsons" is something close to sacred ground: immortals can't fight on it, and crows shouldn't fly through it.
www - I forgot to add the Mr Sparkle thing too. Excellent. I agree with all of your points.
I say don't mess with a classic. But if they had to change it I'm glad it's decent.
People with monobrows generally have access to razors so they should use them instead of walking around scaring the rest of us. Carol Burnett (I think) once did a sketch where someone mentioned someone's eyebrow and the line said 'she used to have two but she shaved the top one off'. It made me laugh!
